This syrup is the perfect addition to all your favorite summer drinks! I love it in ice tea, my husband likes it mixed with lemon lime soda, it also goes great with your favorite alcoholic beverage!

All you need to create this simple peach syrup is: Peaches (pealed and pitted), Agave Syrup (I used an organic blue agave syrup), and water.

Ingredients
  • 6-7 Peaches
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 3 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
Instructions
  1. Peal and remove pits from the peaches. I recommend pealing the peaches by using the blanching method and To remove the pits, I just used my hands to pull the peaches apart.
  2. Blend the peaches until smooth and pour the puree into a sauce pot.
  3. Add the water to peach puree.
  4. Turn on the stove to a medium-high heat.
  5. Add the agave syrup
  6. Allow the peach puree mixture to boil for 5 minutes
  7. Reduce heat to low and allow puree mixture to simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Once cool pour into sealable jars and enjoy!

1. Put your sauce pan full of water on the stove over high heat-you need the water to be boiling! *while you are waiting for the water to boil fill a large bowl with ice and cold water*

2. Place 3 peaches at a time into the boiling water, leave it in the boiling water for 1minute. Make sure to use your slotted spoon to put the peaches into the water slowly to avoid splashing of extremely hot water!

Anytime there is a fresh fruit syrup in the fridge we put it on everything! Even drizzle a little over fresh mango…yum!
