Midnight Chocolate & Cream Pudding

Midnight Chocolate Milk, Pudding Mix & Oreo Thins come together to make one delicious treat!

Personally, I am not a huge fan of chocolate, and have never ever craved chocolate milk. Until, I came across this amazingly delicious concoction known as Midnight Chocolate Milk, which is produced by a small dairy farm in New Jersey known as Promised Land Dairy. I actually stumbled upon their product when a coupon popped up on the app I use for discounts at the grocery store. And it is amazing. I catch myself sneaking a small glass of chocolate milk before bed, which is totally unlike me, since I normally would never reach for chocolate milk.

One evening, my husband and I were watching hockey when he brought in a glass of chocolate milk and some Oreo Thins to share. I am not going to lie, it was kind of incredible. Which made me realize, it would make one heck of a dessert!

At first I was thinking ice cream, but that would take to long. Then maybe cupcakes, but I feared you would lose the deliciousness of the chocolate milk. But then it hit me. Pudding. I would mix the midnight chocolate milk with a package of instant pudding and add some Oreo Thins to it, making a deliciously sweet Midnight Chocolate & Cream Pudding. I mean come on…doesn’t that sound amazing! And the very best part of this recipe is that it can be ready to enjoy in under ten minutes from start to finish!

I choose to make this treat in little individual mason jars, because they were cute, and it would stop my husband (or me) from infringing on the other persons pudding. Literally all you have to do is mix the pudding with the midnight chocolate milk for two minutes, add a Oreo Thin to the bottom of each small mason jar, divide out the pudding, and top with a Oreo Thin. Then place the mason jars in the refrigerator for five minutes and ta-da one quick and easy delicious treat!

Now one little tip, if you can avoid from consuming all of the tasty pudding five minutes after you pop them in the fridge by the next day the Oreo’s have kind of melted into the pudding making it even tastier!
